The Law Firm of Troy, Rosenberg & Wolfe
Our firm was formed by three attorneys who believe they have something unique to offer the legal community. Our representation is grounded in years of experience working with parents and children during one of the most difficult situations they face in their lives: involvement with the child welfare system, including the Department of Human Services (DHS), Oregon Youth Authority (OYA) and the juvenile and family courts.
Together the partners bring a total of over 25 years of experience dealing with these most challenging and emotional issues. We are very accustomed to courtroom practice and have significant trial and appellate experience. We support and zealously represent those who come to us sometimes at their lowest point, dealing with the struggles that many families face: financial stress, substance abuse, anger and impaired communication. We serve a diverse population of clients including immigrants and non-English speakers.
We provide strong, highly competent advocacy for our clients. Whether an amicable resolution is feasible or an adversarial approach is required, our strong negotiation and trial skills will assist you in achieving the best possible outcome for you and your family.
